A bulk export tool that lets enterprise clients select multiple entities and export deductions in seconds, replacing a tedious one-at-a-time process.

Mapped the export flow for both parent companies (multi-entity) and single entity companies. Ran competitive analysis of tools like ADP and validated with enterprise customers directly.

Designed a bulk export flow with entity multi-select, one-click select-all, and a pre-selected current pay period to minimize clicks.

Enterprise clients were forced to export deductions one entity at a time. Tedious, error-prone, and a growing churn risk. Account managers heard repeated complaints.
